I led the complete brand overhaul for Watermelon, redesigning their entire visual identity. My work included creating a new website, logos, and a full suite of templates and presentation decks.

I also modernized the creative workflow, replacing outdated tools with collaborative practices that ensured consistency and visual appeal across all departments.

The rebrand was a resounding success, directly contributing to new client wins and stronger proposals. Our partners at Gartner rated the new website design 9.5/10.

Colour, tone and balance.

The goal of the rebrand was to shift Watermelon's tone from a corporate, by-the-numbers brand to one that felt warm and friendly. I wanted the new visuals to reflect the great people who worked there and give clients a better sense of who we are.

I achieved this with a new visual identity that included warm, neutral colors, a playful font, rounded corners, and stunning hand-drawn illustrations.
